Pipe Welding Mould

1.The Pipe Welding Mould will be installed on the pipe welding machine to manufacture the steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, coppper pipes, aluminum pipes.

2.With processing by high precision CNC equipment and special heat treatment, the pulley/ moulds have a reliable quality and long use life.

3.The materail is Cr12Mov with Hardness: HRC63-65 degrees.

4.The production procedure is as follows:

a.) preparing the materails based on the customers' requirements;

b.) boring the holes: the axle hole and the bearing hole;

c.) rough turning;

d.) fine turning;

e.) polishing;

f.)  heat treatment.
